This is a re-creation of the entrance to the Grotto of Gethsemane, where Jesus was betrayed by Judas Iscariot and where the apostles rested during Jesus's agony in the adjoining Garden of Gethsemane. There are actually multiple sites today claiming to be the garden and grotto outside old Jerusalem, and this re-creation is presumably of the one identified by the Roman Catholic Church.
